Logging in

You can log in to ECE Reporter here.

Make sure to use an updated browser when using ECE Reporter, such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Firefox.

Microsoft has stopped supporting Internet Explorer, so it won’t work with ECE Reporter.

Getting a username and password

If you don’t have a username and password, talk to your program’s director. They can make a request to add you as an administrator.

After they make the request, you’ll get an email with instructions about how to set up your account. The process usually takes 5 to 10 days.

Haven’t received your email?

Check your spam folder for an email from noreply@ctoec.org. If the message isn’t there, use the support form and we’ll help you get set up.

Resetting your password

If you need to reset your password, just click the “forgot password” link on the ECE Reporter login page.

You’ll get an automatic email from no-reply@ctoec.org with password reset instructions.

What if I get an “access denied” message when I try to create my password?

The link to reset your password has probably expired. Get a new link by going to the ECE Reporter login page and selecting “Forgot Password.”

For administrators: Giving access to staff members

If you’re a program director, you can make a member of your staff — such as your program’s data manager — an authorized user of ECE Reporter.

To add a staff member, send us a support request with:

  • Their name
  • Their email address
  • The sites that you would like them to have access to in ECE Reporter

Once we’ve processed the information, the staff member will receive an email with login information and instructions.

For administrators: Revoking a staff member’s access

If a current or former member of your staff no longer needs access to ECE Reporter — because they’ve changed responsibilities or left your program — let us know as soon as possible.

To protect the privacy of the protected information in ECE Reporter, it’s crucial that only current, authorized staff are able to use it.

Just use the support form to let us know if we should revoke someone’s access. Please include:

  • Your name and title
  • The name and email of the person whose access needs to be revoked
  • The sites they no longer manage
